Join the City Center Residents Association for a Virtual Forum with Downtown Property Owners & Developers

Get the Scoop on Ongoing Development Projects Right Here in City Center!

Even as the coronavirus pandemic maintains its grip on our city, Downtown property owners and developers remain hard at work transforming our neighborhood!  Meet some of them this Thursday at a virtual forum hosted by the CCRA.  Our guest presenters will include:

Andrew Hinton, Partner at GL Capital.  Mr. Hinton and his team are currently restoring the Brown’s Arcade on Charles Street back to its former glory by reactivating the retail spaces and transforming the existing office space into modern loft apartments targeted at young professionals and students.

David Bramble, Managing Partner at MCB Real Estate.  Mr. Bramble and his team have been involved with a number of exciting projects in and around City Center, including as partners in an ambitious proposal for a new 500,000 sq. ft. skyscraper at 300 East Pratt Street.

Eric Bloom, Regional Manager of PMC Property Group. Mr. Bloom and his team specialize in transforming under-utilized urban properties into rental communities and commercial spaces. PMC operates 12 residential properties in Baltimore city including, among others, the Munsey Apartments, The Abell, Appraisers Building, 26 S Calvert and 300 St. Paul.

Dan Bythewood, Jr., President and Managing Partner, LaCité Development. Mr. Bythewood and his team are the developers of the Center|West project in the Poppleton area of west Baltimore, an $800M mixed use project that currently includes new residential units and will expand to include a hotel and public parks near the University of Maryland Biopark.

Join us for a virtual Zoom forum to learn more about these and other exciting projects.
