Our History
CCRA Baltimore was formed in 2017 by a team of residents interested in getting more involved with improving the culture and character of Baltimore’s historic downtown core. The association is modeled after other long-standing and highly successful neighborhood associations found in residential communities throughout the city, including the Mount Vernon-Belvedere Association and Federal Hill Neighborhood Association.
