Jennifer Cramb is dedicated to making Baltimore City Center a more prosperous, safe, and thriving community through her leadership and advocacy. 

She has over 20 years of experience in human resources and administration across non-profits, government contracting, law firms, and healthcare. She specializes in benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, performance management, training, recruiting, and compliance.

She is the Treasurer of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (MDALA), a certified professional (SHRM-CP) with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a member of the Chesapeake Human Resource Association (CHRA) and holds a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida.
