Valerie Davis is a dedicated Baltimorean with a passion for community development and economic growth. Growing up with a mother in politics, she was instilled with a strong sense of civic duty from a young age. As a former Real Estate Fellow at the University of Baltimore and a soon-to-be graduate (2025) of the R.E.E.D program in Real Estate and Economic Development, Valerie is eager to contribute her expertise to the CCRA Board and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Valerie's vision is to break down barriers between communities by increasing access to art, technology, transportation, healthcare, and green spaces. She believes that a strong community is built on connections, not zip codes. By working closely with residents and businesses, Valerie aims to foster a more inclusive and vibrant Downtown Baltimore.
With 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Valerie brings a unique perspective to the CCRA Board. She is committed to attracting new businesses, generating revenue, and enhancing the overall quality of life for all residents.
